Spymaster Return Policy .
All sales are considered final. Spymaster will accept returns for those items which were
posted with incorrect information, wrong item shipped or damaged
in shipment within seven (7) days of receiving package date. Note that delivery for some specialty/non-stocked items may take 3-4 weeks for USA, and 4-6 weeks for international, including customs delays.
Spymaster offers 2 clear
refund options with respect to damaged or not as described product.

Receive a full credit
You may elect to receive
a full (in store)credit for the value of the item and the shipping
cost that you paid.
This credit can be used on any of the items sold by Spymaster
at any time. This credit can also be used to purchase any product
from any of our sister accounts on ebay (please click to view
a full list)it is not a PayPal credit or a credit on your visa...there
is no time limit on when you can use the credit.
We will request information
on damaged product before issuing either a credit or refund.
We may ask for pictures of the damage or require that the item
be returned to us in the original package that we sent it in
within 7 days of receipt. for items that are being returned
to us you must receive an authorization number .
If Spymaster requires
that the item be returned we will pay for the return shipping
cost by ground post only. The item must clearly be marked no
value return to vendor. We will not accept any item with outstanding
shipping cost sent either by ups or collect as these force us
to incur very high charges and usually incur custom broker fees.

full final value refund
you may receive a refund
for the full final value of the item that you purchased (that
is the sale price on ebay)not including the shipping cost. this
refund will be paid through PayPal.(again this is for the price
of the item not including the shipping cost). This refund will
only be provided upon physical return of the product which is
at your cost.
The refund will be paid
by PayPal within 7 days of the item being received by our office.
Prior to sending an item back it is nessesary to obtain a return
number from our customer service
department.This can be obtained online or through email and
phone (877-281-6935). Return packages should be sent regular
parcel post mail and with the notes "no value return to vendor".
We will not accept return packages with outstanding shipping
or duty bills. We will issue a refund within 7 days of receivng
the returned item.
We
reserve the right to receive the returned item prior to issuing
a
credit
at our discretion. This simply means that we may insist
on the product being returned to us prior to issuing a
credit.
If we require the item returned to us we will pay for the return
shipping by adding this to the refunded amount.
